"Break ´n breathe" for students

Mar 20, 2018

From the beginning of May, university sports invites students to clear their mind during the everyday university life, to get a breath of fresh air and recharge their batteries. For this purpose students have developed the "Break n Breathe" campaign. These are short active breaks of 35 min, which can be used up to twice a week. The offer initially goes on for a total of 8 weeks. Courses take place in mixed groups up to 12 students under guidance and are free. The campaign goes back to a joint initiative of the Techniker Krankenkasse and the General German University Sports Association according to the slogan "Moving study - studying moves" in cooperation with the University Sports of the CAU.
